Kamari ships all products and orders with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We ship to anywhere in the United States. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Asendia, Canada Post, Australia Post, or Spring. Large items include products that are oversized, require two hands to hold or are more than three pounds.
Exchanges and Returns
We offer exchanges on all products ordered within 14 days from delivery. Restrictions apply, see below.
Kamari is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Custom order products can not be exchanged, all sales are final.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Kamari offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Kamari will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
FAQs
You can check the status of your order by visiting the order tracking page. You will need your order number and email address used to complete payment. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days, however can take up to 5 business days to ship.
Most orders are delivered within 1 - 3 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Note delivery can take up to 5 business days in rare cases.
We use major shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS which do not operate on some holidays.
We recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance to get your order before the holiday.
We ship to anywhere in the United States.
International locations are being added soon.
At this time we do not offer next day or same day shipping.
Express shipping will save you on the overall delivery time however production of the product will take 1 - 3 business days.
For orders less than $100 you won't need to sign for the order.
Orders over $100 will require a signature to confirm delivery.
